A: The evaluation is mandatory for every athlete in our program. The evaluation allows our staff to:
- Assess your athletes current level of ability
- Determine what group your athlete should be placed into.
- Determine which types of sessions and program is best for your athlete
- Monitor progress in the program
- Create the future strategy for the athlete
The evaluation begins with the Parisi Active Dynamic Warm-up. This warm-up is the cornerstone of our program and is performed before every session.
After the warm-up, your athletes Running Mechanics will be assessed. According to what our trained evaluators see here, we can predict where your athletes strength, flexibility and technical deficiencies lie.
Following this, the athletes go though a battery of Performance Tests. These tests are correlated directly with their athletic success. These tests include the 10 and 20-yard dash, the vertical jump, the shuttle drill, the 5 broad jump test, the chin up test, and the lower body flexibility test.
